Well-drilled team delivered a delightful Shakespeare in the garden by Open Bar. Good food, great views, brilliant beer and fine weather!

Myself and my husband had Sunday lunch here today, he had the pork I had the lamb and I can honestly say it was the best Sunday roast we have had in years. The food was amazing and beautifully cooked and the service was fantastic. We will be back! Thank you for a delicious meal 😁

Had my 60th birthday lunch with all my family in the restaurant area yesterday. The food was fantastic (as always) and served very efficiently and piping hot. Josie had decorated the room and we all had an amazing time. Thank you Josie and the team there for making my day so memorable.

Lovely warm welcome from friendly staff. Food was excellent. Prawn cocktail classic and Brussels pate for our starters followed by very ample portion of Ham, egg & chunky chips and I had the Dirty fully loaded chips. I couldn’t do the portion justice (maybe piggy of me to have a starter!) Highly recommend

We went there for fireworks it was very good celebrations and was crowded as well pub looked good but where limited on food options because of bonfire night might give another try soon but ample of parking space and nice greenery all around.

Gorgeous traditional country pub with a cosy and chatty vibe. We had some tasty ales and wine with some fantastic food. All with really friendly and helpful service from Josie and Natasha. Many thanks 👍

Outstanding Sunday Roast - a generous portion of meat and veg with an individual jug of gravy. Compared to other local pubs, very well priced. Lovely staff and will definitely be back!!

A busy place so best to book ahead. Very tasty meat dishes here, nice beer and friendly helpful staff.

They do open sandwiches as well as full meals. They come with a good portion of fries so are a meal in themselves.

Really enjoyed lunch here
