Fradley Arms Hotel

Outside a little run down, inside needs sprucing up but the real surprise was the food, it was fantastic not the usual pub grub, would definitely recommend for the quality quantity and price of the food alone. The service was also very good. Impressed.

Absolute joke stayed at Premier Inn next door which this pub supplies the meals for had absolutely nothing on their own menu no steak no kebabs no desserts from Monday all way to Friday had to have same burger every day as that's pretty much all they had. Not happy will never stay there again

A bit of a mixed review. Firstly excellent friendly staff and very good value food from a varied menu. Pub is well located with good parking and the wacky wear house is an excellent facility if you have young children making it great value. However the place itself seems a little tired and would benefit from a cosmetic update to bring it up to scratch.

Service was terrible as the pub was so quiet but had the worlds slowest barman. Once our food order was eventually in we waited for over an hour for the food to arrive. (After chasing our order twice). As expected after the poor service one of the orders were wrong and the second was cold. No explanation was given and a refund was given in loose change. I would not recommend eating at this establishment as the food is way below par, but at least it is better than the service. I would suggest to the manager of establishment that he or she takes up a new line of work as being a in there current role isn't working out well. With my line of work I have regular contact with Green King upper management. I will be having a word as this premises is letting the brewery down.

Took the kids to the Wacky and ordered food and drinks via the app 1hr and 40mins later we were still waiting for our order 😑 the kids food arrived and the adults 15mins later ,one poor girl on her own was trying to run the soft play ,a party booking ,food and drink orders while two chefs were in the main pub area with mabe 3 or 4 customers 🙈 i had to leave half of my food as they had not trimmed the chicken and got an unexpected mouth full of blood and gristle 🤮 and had still not recieved the drinks we had ordered to wash the vile taste away with !! We did receive a full refund and our drinks but unfortunately we weren't the only ones that were receiving this as there was l long line of complaints 🙈 we all felt for the young lady who's shoulders it was bearing heavily on and i really hope there is no comeback on her 😢

AWFUL!!!!!! Waited for over an hour for food,only to be given not just the wrong food but cold to boot!!!! Bar staff, which consisted of one person, was painfully slow, and even chuckled when I complained and asked for a refund!
Other diners were also complaining! Shoddy service, incompetent staff thoroughly shocking experience!!!!
Hasten to say we will not be returning!!!

Had Sunday dinner there last Sunday and it was fantastic and the price of £11.99 for two sunday dinners was amazing. I wasnt expecting much for that price but I was very surprised the quality was superb and the amount was more than you could eat

We recently attended the Wacky Monthly Disco with the kids. It was amazing. Great value for money at £6 per child. The buffett food was amazing (hot dog, chicken nuggets and fries), the disco was amazing. Staff joined in with all the party dancing, was a fantastic atmosphere. We have already booked tickets for the next Disco on 18th Feb. Can Not wait to return. Kids love this place. 😀
