Comfy clean and welcoming. Room just right staff friendly.draught beer very good. Had both dinner and breakfast both very enjoyable. Manageress very pleasant and helpful. Well worth a visit.

The place was so cozy and Christmassy, staff so lovely and food was amazing.
I'll definitely be coming back, what a lovely well run pub! A very well deserved 5 ⭐s! (Review edit) have been back each week, my current favourite food is the brie bites and the pasta - spot on! 👌

We stayed for two nights and I can honestly say the staff were amazing. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was lovely and food fabulous, being Gluten Free they ensured my food was well catered for. Jess, Ella and Connor were especially wonderful all very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you all.

It was a two night stay. Superb historic interior to the bar and dining area. The bedroom and facilities were excellent, especially the shower!
We had evening meal on the first night and breakfast on one morning. Food was adequate without being exceptional and there were unavailable items. Staff appeared slightly stressed, but were pleasant and helpful.

I stayed for two days last month. And it was last minute. Having never been there before it was a potluck choice. But OMG to our great delight, we had chosen the best on offer. When we arrived. The manager a lovely lady and her staff, could not have been more helpful. Our accommodation was second to none. Brilliant housekeeper named Lynn, big thanks for all her help. The food was to die for, and plenty of choices. Service was quick and served by lovely waiting staff. All in all a fantastic experience its a must 10/10

Sue was amazing, multi tasking as usual (cooking) but still finding time to do front of house and chat with us. Her warm manner and obvious concern about her customers was wonderful. Thank you and we will definitely be back again soon.

This is a superb place to stay, eat and drink. The entire staff were helpful, attentive and professional. We enjoyed quality food and a great atmosphere. Sue the manager has really improved this establishment. Harry was so pleased to help and very efficient. The chef served delicious food and the entire staff helped us enormously. We will definitely return and recommend the Admiral's Table to our friends. Superb experience. Thank you to all.
