Welcomed from the offset. Lovely staff, delicious food, would definitely recommend. Dog friendly and nice furnishings.

What a find in Whitney. Had a a few refreshments in the afternoon and then returned for a meal in the evening. My wife had the Shetland mussels and I had the brisket burger. Superb!

We had a fabulous afternoon in this lovely Cotswolds pub, food was fantastic & a bloody good Bloody Mary! Deffo going back there again, and again.

The pub is very nice, the bar tender was so friendly, he was very helpful when it came to choosing the beer, it was a pleasure to spend time there!

Amazing food and service. Incredibly accomodating when we arrived with a dog and a baby and made us feel very welcome, even when I accidentally knocked over the dog bowl, full of water! We really enjoyed our meal and left feeling relaxed. Would 100% recommend

Our favourite place to go to for lunch in Witney! It’s such a lovely, warm & cosy setting. The view from the window by the entrance is wonderful with the beginnings of Autumn and beautiful shops/houses across the road.

The service is 5 star from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and are always willing to do more for you.

The food is excellent. Flat iron steak is amazing and I also love the fish and chips. Best ever! Desserts are also sublime. Especially the sticky toffee pudding.

Will be back again and again! I just love the vibe here and can’t wait for our next visit.

Incredibly welcoming, staff were very friendly, food was delicious and very reasonable. Lovely atmosphere, enjoyed it so much we sat in the bar after our meal to continue such a pleasant evening. We will definitely return it was first class!

First time in here. Took a chance to get a table for Sunday Lunch. Firstly, very decent pint of Guinness. 5 star Roast Beef lunch. Top class Yorkshire pudding. Staff very polite and slick.
Definitely worth a visit.
