What a fantastic place!!! Gorgeous food and a lovely atmosphere. Friendly attentive staff. This pub is definitely worth a visit

Good service, good food, we did go on a Monday dinner time though. So can't comment bout what it would be like on a busy night service. Just off the main road, ample parking. Also a beer garden again can't comment didn't go out but it looked well laid out, comfortable and ample seating as well as a decked area as soon as you walk out. Didn't take any photos of the food unfortunately, it's the last thing I think about when the plate is put in front of me. Could maybe of done with another staff member on, as it started getting busy but he did seem too cope. We left happy diners 😋👍

Friendly pub with a good atmosphere and really good 'pub' food. The outdoor seating area is good, but it's quite close to a major road junction.
It felt a bit expensive, but that's just a reflection of the high costs that pubs are having to cope with. If we want our local pubs to survive the next year or so we need to support them as much as possible.
We'll definitely go again when we're next in Lincoln.

Fantastic meals
7 of us for Sunday lunches. Absolutely beautiful the food was. So friendly staff. I'd never been before,but we will for certain be visiting again. Highly recommend. We had such a loverly time there. Thankyou

Fantastic & very friendly service.
The Carrot & Coriander Soup was lovely and came with a lovely soft warm baguette. The Lentil Cottage Pie sadly wasn't quite as nice and the mash on top was completely solid.

Had a table for 6 on a Friday night for food and drinks. Firstly, the service was absolutely fantastic, friendly and attentive staff. Fast delivery of food and drinks even though it was packed. We had between us the fish and chips, veggie burger, sausage and mash and moule mariniere. All of them were spot on. Chips were really tasty, crispy but still fluffy. Veggie burger was tasty and not dry at all like most others. We had desserts of chocolate torte, Cheesecake and chocolate brownie, again all were very tasty. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend, will be coming back soon

Popular place, remember to book to get a table. Friendly staff and a nice vibe to the place. Good range of decent food and drink. Free car park, which is important in Lincoln, but do remember to register your car when you go in, saves getting a bill afterwards, only takes a moment. I'll go there again.

Had our Christmas party here for the second time and been for lunch many times too. Always good food and lovely atmosphere. Christmas party food can sometimes be a little underwhelming in restaurants due to the amounts they have to cook but I had pork belly in a cider cream reduction and it was to die for! The cheesecake was so creamy and delicious too.
