Love the grizzly bear ...... just a good old fashioned place doing the simple stuff well.

Clean and tidy. A decent range of bottled beers and cider but not a huge range on tap. Staff are polite. Not really the pub for me but I'm fussy. Perfectly adequate

Having lived in the area for 30+ years - a first visit. Simple but effective pub. Very helpful bar manager (about mid 20's) who went out of his way to guide a blind customer to his seat.

Great venue for a private function, set up a class night for us, with competitive prices & super helpful & friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Great local. Really friendly staff and clientele. Cocktails for £6.50. Always clean and tidy.

Good local pub with monthly bands or disco nights. Open mic night. Biweekly quiz night. Book club & crotchet club. Pool table & darts. Does not serve food, only on special events. Not open Sundays. Very friendly with young & old. Something for everyone 😀

Though a little out of the way for me, it was a lovely atmosphere that worked well with the open mic. Friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks. I intend to go again one day
