We went for a charity event, we had live music most of which was good. The pub whilst small and tight coped really well with the amount of people. The staff were nice and efficient and the prices were not bad. Shame none of the 4 of us won anything in the raffle

Small proper pub without all the modern distractions. Spotlessly clean, great beer, 1 minute walk to town centre, station 3 minutes via town park.

Pub was clean, beer was good, didn't wait long to be served, in future if I'm in stafford won't hesitate to come to this pub.

Really busy when we arrived and throughout. Didnt hamper the service though. Was very good, as was the food.
