Lovely pub with great food. Very easy to order and food arrived quickly. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Was quite busy though, weren't a lot of tables free. Cocktails were lush.

Centrally located along the Main Street bus station and close to Sailmakers shopping 🛍
Nice interiors and Friendly staff.
Some drinks out of stocks when we ordered. Good lunch crowd and many regulars here

A decent breakfast, although some items if a full English were not available on the Sunday we went. Staff did rustle up a good alternative. Service was good. Ambiance a little dark. Prices very reasonable. Enjoyed it.

Atmosphere not as good as the food. Lemon chicken with spicy rice was fab and my husband fish was excellent. Drink Came as part of meal and was delighted to get large wine

Used to be our (my colleague) favourite place to lunch. Used to go there every week. But recent visits have been very disappointing with food quality going down. My recent order for a burger was the last straw.

This place doesn't try and be anything else than what it is. Cheap food, cheap drinks not bad service. Can order on the app, pitchers and cocktails are good price and tasty. Staff friendly and some even photobomb. Toilets are clean. Good atmosphere, fun people.

The food was awful, ordered fish and chips - fish looked like it had been deep fried repeatedly until it was rock hard, chips were cold, bread & butter was slightly toasted where it had been sitting under a heat lamp on one side. Lemon chicken was tough, panini was dry and tasteless. We were expecting decent food for the amount of time it took.
We also ordered dessert … never again. American pancakes, cold and stale.
First and last time we go there. Staff all looked miserable, we were told they were understaffed by the waitress.
Avoid this place, I’m sure there is other places to sit and eat a decent warm meal in Ipswich x
