The Sun Inn Everton

Called in Wednesday night for tea lovely setting round the back of the pub with doors open on to a courtyard.
My wife ordered steak pie and I ordered a mixed grill which came exactly as I ordered fantastic service from the staff we enjoyed so much our daughter went 2 days later for lunch and had a fantastic meal as well.

Visited with our puppy dog. It was her first time in a pub.
Great attentive staff. Definitely dog friendly, dog water bowels and treats on the bar, I think there might have been dog beds in entrance hall, but I didn’t need one so didn’t check.
Food was nice, gluten free options available. Portion, just right. I’ll be back and I don’t like eating out at all.

Great country pub. Lots of drinks options and cocktails!! Beautiful outdoor seating area with firepit and heaters (now autumnal evenings are upon us) Food looked amazing although we didn't order ourselves on this occasion. Pub quiz was great fun. Another visit very soon with a larger group is planned. Thank you to the friendly staff,see you again soon.

Service was very good & location and pub great. There was a very strange smell from our Sunday lunch. It was the gravy it was awful, it had a terrible aftertaste to it , it ruined the hole experience. We were in and out within 25 mins.

Loved it. It was so unique a surprise round every beautiful corner including the gorgeous toilets. Everything was spotlessly clean even the brilliantly designed beer garden. The service was brilliant and the food was.,...well...to die for, delicious 😋. I never give 5 stars there is usually some way things can be improved but not this pub/ restaurant, its perfect.....maybe reduce the price a little 😉 but no genuinely perfect...thank Paula & Tony

The pub itself along with the outside space is really nicely done. Stopped here for lunch to catch up with a friend. The atmosphere is nice. And the food and drink was fairly decent as well

Beautiful pub, very well thought out. Loads of pretty lights and a great outdoor area.
The food was very nice and not too pricey.
Staff were lovely too.

Great pub between Bawtry and Gainsborough. Great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff, clean and food was amazing, a decent price and portion. Menu has plenty on offer. Will definitely visit again
