You will make friends within 10 minutes of going through the door. At least 8 real ales 2 served from the jug.
Live music night on a Wednesday.
Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic atmosphere, very traditional pub with good choice of real ale. Roaring fire as you walk in and always friendly and welcoming faces. Great mid week or weekend evenings for a chat and a few drinks.

Nothing beats a good beer in a cozy, traditional pub! Upon entering you almost feel like you've gone into a tavern in D&D or some fantasy film, the building itself has kept it's historical charm and the landlord is welcoming as soon as you enter! Pair that with the buzz of conversation from all the locals and you have a fantastic pub atmosphere!
Bonus it has an open fire too 🔥

A proper traditional pub. Made to feel welcome by landlord and other customers. Felt like we were regular clientele. Worth a visit
