A warm welcome quaint little pub and shop so friendly

Called at this beautiful village pub tonight and had a wonderful 3 course meal - well what more can I say stunning freshly made and never had a vegan meal before, we will definitely be back. Excellent value for money

What an amazing place this is a must see place to visit small .cosy there are not many inns this old with the history and charm very very special .it is run by the community places like this must be kept open it would be tragic if these places are lost
Well we went back and visited for the folk night which is 1st Friday every month well what can I say what a fantastic night extremely talented musicians all just jamming by the roaring fire amazing atmosphere can't wait to go there again for folk night thank you everyone for making it a lovely night

An absolute jem of a pub. It's a brilliant place for a pint of beer. We went to a Burns night supper recently which was absolutely outstanding.The Haggis neeps and tatties were fantastic. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. If your in these parts call in you won't be disappointed. 10☆

Attended my mother-in-law's wake there and everyone was friendly and welcoming. A beautiful old building with library and hidden rooms. Perfect community place for the locals and visitors.

A must for anyone visiting the area, felt at home straight away , real community pub. If you want to experience a real gem with amazing people , this is the place to go.
