A really good place to eat. The staff were extremely prompt and helpful, and were polite as well. They accommodated all our special requests, and brought drinks over to our table when I had too many to carry.

The menu had all the pub classic meals, and the wait wasn't long. Individually the meals are quite expensive ~£15, but most of them fall under the 2-for-1, so it works out a much more reasonable price. If you're dining alone you could include the puddings in this deal too. The dishes were really big and we struggled to finish them! The staff gave us plenty of boxes to take our leftovers though.

We visited on a Tuesday evening and it wasn't too busy, and the few rowdy drinkers were away from the area with most of the dining tables. There was some disabled parking outside the building, but only 3 or 4 standard parking spaces. Not an issue though as there is a huge parking area immediately next to it. You will need a phone to pay for parking, but it was cheap.

Would recommend as a good place to sit-in and eat in Holyhead.

Friendly and welcoming staff, a quiet and clean environment. Came for lunch with my partner and had delicious food, well cooked and well presented, and a dessert each which were both phenomenal. Good value deal on food and a fair selection of drinks both on tap and bottled.

The staff were very friendly and made ordering easy. The rooms and tables were clean and in great condition. Most importantly the food was delicious. It arrived quickly and it was hot and really tasty. The dessert came after the main meal had been cleared away. Everything was perfect.

service was very good but food was distinctly average for the price I paid.
I would put it on par with what i would expect from an average chip shop.
paying over £10 for wholetail scampi and getting scampi bites on my plate was not what i paid for so if the staff don't know the difference what do you expect when it comes to a review.

We came for a meal on 24th October, no problems with bringing our dog, friendly atmosphere and very tasty food. Will definitely come again next time we are on holiday here. Ample car parking too

Very very friendly, our dog comes with us everywhere so was very nice to have her be allowed in and be able to be spoilt, even had her own bowl of chicken as we ate. So so pleased. Would definitely come back and recommend to absolutely everyone with a canine companion. Foxy was so happy 😊

A very nice, cosy country pub situated on the edge of the industrial estate of Holyhead, very friendly staff, a good choice of drinks and great pub food (the portions are huge!), but a bit on the pricey side. Perfect place for a family lunch or dinner if you can afford it...

We are locals that visited in December. We took our children as we thought from previous visits for the price of the establishment it is affordable. However we had a shock this time. There is no 2 for 1 offer. The prices are expensive for what you get. The prices have gone up, the service and quality has gone down and we didn't enjoy the food either. Even my 12 year old commented that it was not the same as previous visits. Unfortunately we won't be visiting again.
