Cheap beer got to give them that, staff serving if there was enough of them the service would have been great. But the place was stinking with sticky tables and leftover plates and glasses. The steak I ordered was tough, grizzly and their ideas of well done was medium at best.

Amazing welcome from friendly helpful staff.
Loads of options as regards to beverages and food at great prices.
It is opposite the train station so the location is brilliant for meetings.
There are lots of seating areas inside and out with separate areas depending on the size of your group.
The management are currently restoring the interior decoration which is an amazing job to undertake. Considering the scale of work needed to bring the building back to former glory they must really love the place.
I am certain it will be above 5 Star when the work is completed in the not too distant future.

My close friends took me and my husband for some drinks yesterday. To this different wetherspoons and we had brilliant time. And then my friends came to table with a surprise for me.The staff we couldn't fault for being very helpful too. Will go there again soon.

What a gem. Staff welcoming and knowledgeable. Glasses spotless and gleaming. Smiles everywhere especially when the bill has to be paid. Definite for a revisit.

Not my favourite wetherspoons. Too many walls and pillars, making it a pub with 'areas". Too many sections of the pub you cant see, even though its one room on one floor, making it not a place you can enjoy if you like to see your surroundings if you are socialising. The food and drinks are exactly what you'd expect from a wetherspoons.

Food and drinks were of the usual tidy, cheap as chips standard and great value for families.
However the men's toilets were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for ages. Spoilt our visit.

Wide variety of Booze & many enjoy the grub. Not the best place to go alone if don't know anyone. Has gone downhill! Most staff are biased towards the 'regulars' with no manners from personal experience. So find that rather upsetting, but a few @ least seem ok. Ah well, they're very busy I spose. Lots of sly ones push in with zero respect for anyone + the BogS are rancid on occasion with drunken old men not washing hands after they've 'done their business' so that says it ALL.
