Enjoyable experience. Decor pleasing to the eye. On a warm day the garden dining looks good. Menu varied with plenty of choice.
Update-23/07/22.
I had a meal in "LostCoins" today. I have to say that I have reviewed a number of eateries in the past but the welcome you receive here is second to none.
My thanks goes out to "Adam" for his beaming smile and his attentive attitude which makes the dining experience. There is a nice feel about this place, cosy if you want it or slightly louder if you are in a party.
For anyone that is physically challenged the toilet facilities are all on the ground floor with wide doors.
This is a good place for lunch or evening meal, to relax or special occasion. We'll worth trying.

Situated just across the road from the premier Inn. Very good lunch and evening menus. Good variety of wines, ciders, beers and some local ales. Customer service was excellent and the food was served quickly and of a very good standard. Would recommend booking a table in advance as it is a very popular pub and gets very busy especially in the evening. Prices for food and drink are reasonable and are similar to those in key resorts. Car parking available on site.

Fantastic gluten free options, for someone like me who gets nervous at eating out I couldn't have been happier. An entire menu for me and very reassuring staff. Everyone had their food within 10 minutes of ordering and it was all pipping hot and very tasty. The staff were wonderful and so attentive, they really are a credit to the lost coins. Already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing service from very friendly staff members. Atmosphere was great for a meet up with friends and staff were more than happy to find us a table with plenty of space for our buggy. Food was incredible and came quickly. Couldn’t recommend the bbq cauliflower wings enough!

We can’t say enough positive comments about Tiffany, she’s friendly, cheerful and welcoming. She’s also very helpful with local knowledge. It was a pleasure to meet her. She was professional and sorted out complaint at the time. Which was satisfactory our food to us. But if you don’t know how others have found the place then you can’t make an informed choice. Probably wouldn’t return.I would like to firstly address start 4 star is based solely because of Tiffany our server, we would of said 5 but we wanted to put an honest review.if we had rated the food it would have been 2-3 stars at most.

Our entree chicken was over cooked. (It was described as chicken in gravy - a supreme should be chicken in a sauce, not an overcooked chicken breast and a pot of gravy. However the beef was lovely. As a starter we ordered creamed garlic mushrooms (which was more like a sauce for a steak) quite tasteless. Also ordered butternut squash soup of the day. The soup was ok but a little watery. The bread was lovely. We ordered lemon panna cotta which was nice but the short bread biscuits are too thick for the delicate balance.

We were given the dessert for my wife and a coffee for myself free as an apology for the chicken.

Staff were fabulous. Welcoming, friendly & attentive. Food was lovely, freshly cooked and a reasonable price. The reason we won't be going back again is the extortionate price of the drinks, ridiculously expensive. A real shame as we live within walking distance.
