Great staff, great atmosphere and ale at a good price. A warm, welcoming, village pub perfect for a quiet after work pint or a bustling atmosphere to watch the rugby or football on their large TV's.

Lovely little pub with a nice warm atmosphere.

There’s a real fireplace inside which is perfect to drink a Guinness by on those frosty winter nights.

Nice pub, with lots of outside space..which is wonderful particularly during the hot weather. Nice, local atmosphere...but it is a drinking pub only. No food...whichskes it enjoyable as people come here for a quite drink or two
There is a very good Chinese take away in the neiboughhood.....the village itself...Holt is beautiful ..and people take a great pride in the village flowerdisplay show. Holt has got lovely walks along the river Dee...and it is a must to stop here...for a drink or two after a nice evening or afternoon walk.
