Fantastic pub. One of the best Sunday lunches I've ever had. Good beer too and not to forget the delightful staff. 10/10 from me.

Great friendly pub and the food was out of this world. Seriously just the best steak and ale pie (and a lot of it too!) hoping to visit again one day and catch the Caramac cheesecake!

I've had the Crown Inn bookmarked for quite some time after reading the great reviews so we booked a Sunday lunch to celebrate an anniversary. The pub is located in a very small village in the middle of the Welsh countryside. Ample car parking was easy to navigate, although the main car park boasts a village shop. On arrival, we were warmly greeted and shown to our table in a fairly busy dining room. The atmosphere was great, not too noisy, plenty of chatter from people clearly enjoying their meals. The pub is fantastically decorated, very clean, very traditional and a warm homely feel to it. The Sunday menu is geared up for roast dinners, and a few starters are a great addition.
I ordered the pate to start, very tasty and an ample sized portion. The main course was a roast beef dinner. All very well prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty. I was particular impressed with the sides of veg, all individually presented and all fresh. Dessert was bread and butter pudding with custard, again superb.
The staff were lovely, all very friendly, very polite and just made our experience that little bit more special. We'll be back soon.
Highly highly recommended.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We parked and did a circular walk. Really good Sunday lunch, nice vegetables and all piping hot. An extra slice of beef would have gotten a 10/10 but I'm being picky. Will go again.

First visit did not disappoint so much so we went back for a fantastic Sunday lunch. The menu was spot on and took ages to choose. Not one thing, including the service disappointed....if you're near book in and have a great meal at a reasonable price....Enjoy

This lovely quaint pub was fab, the staff are so friendly. The food was amazing, i forgot to take a picture of the starter but i had duck spring rolls with plum saucd, yummy. Followed by a turkey roast with all the trimmings. On your plate you got turkey, roast potaoes, giant roast carrot, gravy and a yorkshire pudding. Then arrived 3 bowls of veg, mashed carrots, red cabbage and mixed veg which included leek, broccoli, peas, green beans and kale. Enough to feed an army, very nice, oh and an extra jug of gravy. Then i got the chocolate fudge cake with ice cream....mmmmm are the only words i can say.
All in all a wonderful meal servef by lovely staff.
