The menu choices, daily specials, food, and service were excellent. I had Lamb shank and vegetables, which was delicious.

Really nice pub. Good ale, great welcome and really good quality pub food. Visited twice in two weeks at lunch time on a weekend and really enjoyed it.

Super friendly, unpretentious local country pub with well priced sunday lunch (£10 for two courses) and superb service. Great location near to M48 and Chepstow but still in countryside with lovely walks in the area to pitstop at the pub on

We went for a Sunday roast. They have a great deal on £10 for 2 courses. When we finally received the dinner, it was delightful! We both loved the roast.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow 🐌. There was a group party there and 100% of the staff were focused on the party and their needs and not on the other paying customers at the front of the pub. They did apologize for the delay.

This is my first visit to Millers Arms in the Village of Mather. It is a lovely place for a drink or a meal with plenty of tables inside and in the garden area. Hand sanitise is available as you enter and face masks must be worn in the bar area. The tables and seating is all socially distanced. Friendly staff warm and welcoming. Menu has a lovely selection of food for all appetites. The Gammon, peas, 2 eggs and tripple fried chips was excellent. I would recommend this meal. There is a large Marquee outside in the garden if you want to sit outside and it starts to rain. A children's play area with a climbing frame and slide are just at the side of the garden. There is a small car parking area in front but at the back of The Miller Arms is a large parking area that you can access every area on the flat no need for steps. I certainly will be visiting again, try it for yourself... well worth it.
