Called in for a quick drink on our way home. We sat out side as we had our dog with us unaware that it's a dog friendly pub. The staff were very friendly and accommodating bringing our Pooch biscuits and a bowl of water. This was our first visit and will definitely be returning.

Food was absolutely stunning. Could of done with a bit of music outside to lighten the atmosphere.

This was an amazing find. We fancied some proper home cooked food and picked the horseshoe at random, and we will be returning. The seating out front makes for amazing views and so peaceful! The food was delicious, we both are the lot and will be returning at some point. Highly recommend!!

Nice to see this charming country former coaching inn in good regular use.
The owner of seven years, his father and local staff, all work hard to achieve customer satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
Offering a really good range of well prepared and tasty meals at reasonable prices as well as a good selection of ales with well stocked bar.
This is well worth the detoure to visit.
I hope you enjoy your meal here as much as we did, so good to see the business is thriving.
More power to you all, your hard work and high standards were heartening to see.

I had the lamb and it was a very nice meal. No complaints on portion size. The barman was very friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere sat around the open fire chatting after.. We will return 👍🏻

Lots of food and drink options with wine pairing recommendations. Good portions. Lovely view and walks from the Inn. Child and dog friendly. Lots of COVID safety measures in place that helped us feel safe.

The food was incredible, if anything the portions were to big, next time we'll just go for mains and desserts, really enjoyed it though.

Best slow roast belly pork in the world! Absolutely beautiful! Crispy, salty crackling , soft, tender tasty meat. Black pudding mash and cider sauce was lovely, and the veg was bright, fresh and firm. The cheesecake was a triumph !
The table was overlooking a beautiful Welsh valley! Highly recommended! Thankyou. We will be back!
