The New House Inn

Now it's under new management this is a great family friendly pub, delicious food in the restaurant and always something on in the evenings for entertainment 😁

Always friendly staff and good service, beer is good, dont drink lager so cant comment, patrons always friendly and good for a laugh. New landlord since my last review, lovely people, started doing food again in the days, looked lovely.

Landlady Colleen has transformed this place. Has never hesitated to kick out any potential rubbish. The result is a nice community hub that's safe for all. Particularly good job done on the patio area.

It's local. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They keep a really good bar, and the ale is good.

A lovely cosy old fashioned pub with open fireplaces, great outside patio area too !! Popped in for an evening meal last week after finding out it had reopened it has a lovely friendly atmosphere and really enjoyed our meals. I had an exceptionally tasty home made tikka curry which I have to say would rival any curry house the spices and flavour was so good, I’ve never had such a great curry in a pub before . My hubby had Gammon which was huge and really beautifully cooked, the portions were big so hardly any room for dessert but we did manage an apple pie and custard with two spoons !! Needless to say we will definitely be returning as food was so good and priced reasonably.
