Stopped by after trip to New Quay and wasnt dissapointed. Full mixed grill filled an empty tum and being dog friendly, the dog even enjoyed his steak. Love meals, lovely hosts and good prices. Thanks for a nice round up to a lovely day

Probably deserved more stars for it's friendly staff and good beer. Also found a seat outside on a very busy weekend.
However we visited just after a very busy period during a local music festival and the tables were dirty and they had stopped serving food (it was about 6pm). Understandable flaws given the circumstances.

Warm and friendly welcome by all staff. We had the Chicken in Welsh Whisky Peppercorn sauce, absolutely delicious, presentation 💯. Will definitely be back. Thank you 👍

What a wonderful pub. Really friendly staff. Great food and good value for money. I have visited here on numerous occasions and have always had a lovely welcome from all of the staff. Definitely worth a visit if you are in New Quay.

I had the rib/steak combo, after tasting the steak I wish I had ordered the rump steak, the steak was amazing! Ribs were also good, portions were huge and barman really friendly and welcoming! Cannot recommend enough!

Pre-booked a table for Sunday lunch, very pleased we did as the pub was full of diners. Quickly seated, served with drinks and food order taken. Very friendly staff and a convivial atmosphere.
Very little wait for our meals, which were really very good.A pleasing plate of trad Sunday lunch items. Roast potatoes, new potatoes, Yorkshire pud, peas, cabbage, carrots and swede with a ball of stuffing ample gravy to accompany a good serving of roast beef or turkey or both.
We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner followed by rhubarb crumble and ice cream. Yum yum. Very reasonably priced too. We will return soon.
Thanks go to all the team.
Well recommend the fare.
