Liked: We enjoyed our stay, pitch was nice right next to the park, the food in the pub was lovely, the staff were fantastic and so helpful.

Disliked: With the hot weather we really could of done with a shower or private wash facilities the only sink was in the main toilets for all campers which wasn’t enclosed. (I know showers are being built there atm). Would love to come again when the showers are up and running. 😊

Liked: Was such a lovely place to stay with the family. The pub was beautiful , with the den and park making it even more of a lovely stay for the family.
Due to the rain we couldn’t utilise the park and field as much as we would have liked, so looking forward to booking soon when the weather will be perfect so we can all enjoy this beautiful place to stay.
The host was the loveliest we could have asked for. Nothing she couldn’t do to make our stay more pleasurable. We will be back! X

Disliked: The only thing it could have benefited from was a shower , which they are currently erecting. However there are toilets and wash basins which were more than suitable for our short stay.

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The pub sells great food, the staff are lovely. You do need to book a table for food.
I stayed close to the park which my kids loved. My children are aged 12 and 4 and they both had a great stay.
The lack of showers didn't bother us, the toilets are well maintained and they are in process of building a shower block.

Liked: Loved the location, we could see Oakwood from our tent and the after dark event that happens a couple of times a week meant we could hear the music from the DJ and at closing time we were treated to a fireworks display.
Loved the on site pub, the food was great and portions were very generous!
We were only an 8 min drive from Folly Farm.
The pitch was lovely and there was an on site park which was great for the kids.

Disliked: No showers, although a shower block is being built, and for 1 night stays this site is great. Once the shower block is built I will definitely come back for 2 + night stays.
The on site washing up sink was full of muck so it would be good if someone maintained the sink and cleaned it out so that people can wash their dishes etc.

Liked: Friendly welcome! Lovely area, bar was nice, cracking beer garden and park for the kids. Nice selection of drinks and a good menu. Close to Oakwood and Wild water Wales (must visit) nice spacious pitches.

Disliked: Only small issue which to be fair is no fault of the Snooty Fox was music ALL night one night from Oakwood. Apparently this happens occasionally (I spoke to the owner of Little Oaks) next door. No showers - which I knew was the case before I booked it they are building some.

Liked: The location is brilliant. We stayed to go to wild lakes which is a few minutes walk. Plenty of room for the kids to play football and a park onside also.

Disliked: A shower block is being built - this would make it the ideal place!

Absolutely loved staying here.
The staff are really nice and welcoming, the site itself is nice and open with large pitches, nice and clean site with a park for the kids.
Really nice pub on site, cant say anything bad about this place.
Looking forward to coming back again.
Would recommend 👌

Liked: The restaurant/bar was welcoming and food and drinks were great

Disliked: We were extremely dissatisfied with being told that we had to park in the car park as the pitch on the field we had booked was not accessible due to bad weather. I do feel we should have been informed before arrival and the cost of £48 for 2 nights stay with no facilities on a pub car park is disgraceful.
