Mark is doing wonders revamping this well located pub. The new chef is cooking delicious home made food too. The sweet potato chips went down especially well. There is a mini music festival day planned, I hear, next month.... and the newly painted building is outstanding... Peacock Blue... lovely!

In warmer weather the outside will be really nice as it's undercover and spacious.
Inside is cramped while they are refurbishing the larger bar area.
The atmosphere was friendly so you don't feel unwelcome.
Drinks are on the steep side compared to pubs in Carmarthen Town itself. Nearly £2 for a pint of soft drink is too much.

The gents toilets need a refit or a damn good scrub out from ceiling to floor. Nothing worse than wadding through urine.

Completely random stop here, but it was amazing and exactly what we needed a hell of a lot better than an motorway services.
Great friendly staff, cold drinks and pool which was fun. Awesome food including chicken nuggets and chips..
Will definitely be back.. watch out!

We went to play pool/ snooker. The table was shady. The cues were cruddie, and the bartender was not really amused with us being there. There was no music. The place was extremely hot. Only our party of 4 was there for almost an hour.

We had to use one person in intervals to hold the side door open for air.

In the end, we gave up. After getting too hot, sweaty and sticky.

On that particular evening. Instead of a pleasurable night out, it felt like punishment. However, I did take some photos. And no guys the weapon doesn't work. I asked.

They do have use card payment. There is a car park. Outdoor seating.
