The day I went to the west of England the central heating wasn't working so it was freezing in there

Horrible. Dirty, room had no ventilation, a loo roll had to be used to hold a window open. The bar downstairs was just as horrible. I went in to get a coffee, table were so dirty you could not sit at them.
The carpet was covered in food waste, and so sticky I almost lost my shoes.
I would never book with the company again. I booked 2 nights. After NO Sleep, I left and booked into a lovely hotel in pill.

Proper old school pub , down to earth staff and a friendly welcome x
