An institution, such a great place to sit and look around, I called in on a hot Sunday, Bessie was having a nap so spoke with her son who sorted us with a good Bass ale.
Highly recommended for the experience, no frills and nowhere else like it

Unique pub, fantastic location. Stopping in for a drink is a great idea when driving or cycling the valley road.
