We eat here as much as we can and never had a bad meal!! Great staff and great service! Food is amazing.

Hadn't been since before the pandemic, not sure if there's new owners but I loved this last trip there. Food was so tasty, creamy mushrooms are unbelievably good. Such good value too.

Have been here three or four times by now and never failed to have a thoroughly good meal. Usually go around 2pm mark and the place still cooking meals for anyone who orders despite it being a normally quiet period.. 100% will go again. Prices are very competitive and there's a decent selection of drinks available. They can cater for larger groups on joined tables.. Maybe up to 20 people

This is a real local. Wonderful spirit and welcome. Hadn't be there for some 54 years. The place is transformed. Good range of food and drinks at reasonable prices and with good portions. The hosts know how to run this business. Well organised. Highly recommended if you like getting the feel of the local community. Very popular and well supported by the locals.

Quaint pub. Met up with friends for a meal. Heard its changing hands soon. Hope new landlord keeps the chef on. Great value & tasty food

Had a fantastic reception when we arrived the venue was very homely and the food was gorgeous will definitely go back again
