The Mount Inn

I visited The Mount Inn and meet up with some friends for drinks. We were really impressed with how clean the pub was. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice spacious rooms, at very reasonable rates. I only have two small issues, 1 the shower seemed impossible to use without flooding the bathroom, and the breakfast was a bit small.
I would still recommend.

Really like this place. Rooms clean if little old fashioned and more than adquate and services every day. Food very good. Very friendly place and value for money superb. Been 3 times now and will definitely be back

Popped in for a pint on my travels .Nice beer and hostess .Oldy world interior .

We stayed here in August, after breaking down in the village! Unbelievably friendly, managed to swap a motor bike with a regular, had a few pint some food and put us up for the night 11/10

My mates & I go on an annual off-road motorcycling weekend & have stayed at The Mount every year. If you're looking for 5-star rooms, forget it. Saying that, the rooms are clean & the beds are comfy. Food is spot-on & well priced (not just burgers & chips as one person suggested). We enjoyed steaks, gammon & lamb shanks - all lovely!

The landlord & landlady are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble & the pub has a great weekend atmosphere. For the price you pay, you simply can't fault it - See you next year :-)

Basic room which was fine but a bit dark and small. Clean but a bit tired. Friendly staff. Very basic pub food which was all burgers/chips and all out of a freezer/tin with nothing fresh and no veg/salad. Not a great breakfast either (tinned tomatoes and tinned mushrooms on soggy toast).
