Far to warm in the atic needs some kind of air condition unit fitted . We had to take our dog out twice through the night as was panting so bad we had to fans but just blow hot air around. One of our windows wouldn't open. Not the best experience for the amount of money you charge.

Had a perfect evening for my father in laws 75th birthday. The service was fantastic and the food was superb. We will definitely be back 🙌

What a great place. Warm and friendly reception. Great bar and restaurant choices. A very atmospheric place to stay and good value. I liked it so much I inadvertently stole my room key. Sorry about that folks! It will be back to you in the post today. See you again soon I hope.

It was raining hard outside as we passed the Bull's Head and it looked so inviting with log fires in the public rooms, so we decided to go in for a coffee and a warm by the fire.
The lad serving told us he was busy and if we would sit down and wait, he would come and take our order.
After 10 minutes of waiting he hadn't come to take our order, and seeing him serve other customers who came in after us we decided to go elsewhere for our coffee. So I can't comment on the coffee served there, but the service wasn't up to much.

Didn't stay here but had lunch with my family.
The Guinness was delicious, as were the Welsh Rarebits. Our barman/waiter Rob was professional and friendly, and we all liked his vibe.
Cheers Rob!

In all honesty every detail was top notch. We stayed only one night but the place made a real impression.

On arriving the bar was lively (although there was a quieter room to relax if that's what you wanted), and in general the pub had a warm and friendly atmosphere. All staff without exception were polite, cheerful and helpful (bar, reception, restaurant...everyone).

The building itself is also very impressive and full of history.

The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy. It was also warm, and impressively sound proofed. It is worth remembering that our room was directly above the bar, and we couldn't hear anything from below. Not an easy thing to achieve in such an old building. Another standout feature was the shower, powerful and plenty of heat available. Plenty of plugs available near the bed too if you need to charge things.

The restaurant food is exceptional, well done chef. We also had the complimentary breakfast, which was one of the best I have eaten. You order freshly prepared meals from the kitchen, no cold buffet nonsense. Again, really impressive stuff...

Finally, the location is perfect. You are very central, and can literally see Beaumaris castle from the front door of the inn.

Would go back without a second thought.

We always used to come to the Bull for a lovely meal. We won't be coming back after our recent experience, 5 bones in my piece of sea bass and a large piece of gristle in my wife's steak pie. We expect much better than this

My wife and I like Bars with a snug. This we got 'in spades' together with a roaring fire. Great ambience!
I am a golfer, my wife a walker. Great location.
They also serve a superb pint of well kept Bass. Perfection!
