This is the most amazing gym, small, all female groups expertly coached. Learn to lift safely and get all the benefits of good balance, muscle tone and strong bones. Give it a go, can't recommend highly enough

Awesome safe place for women to go, very clean and sanitary, coaches are so friendly, people understanding and adept at dealing with all personalities. Their funded projects allow further support into work, training or education all alongside a personalised strength training for all capabilities. The gym does not discriminate they allow you to be you no judgement, you feel amongst friends and family and the gym feels like home with is cozy upstairs seating area with sofa a batista machine and let's not forget the chandelier. There is a downstairs family room with nappy changing facilities and the venue is breast feeding friendly also an outdoor seating area aswell as an another indoor seating area just passed the entrance room. The atmosphere is very calming, foot sanitation hand sanitation are available throughout the build when passing through rooms, equipment is well cleaned before, during and after use aswell as a deep.clean every evening.highly reccomend
