It's one of my favourite places to visit and work out ❤
The environment is nurturing and not at all pressurising.
The coaches are very positive to be around and they really understand people.
Also the fact that it's just for women feels extra special to me 🌹🌷⚘
The coaches are ladies who exercise at the gym aswell so they know how it feels and they help to motivate each other and the gym members.
The actual circuit is wonderful....full body work out in half an hr, classes consist of Zumba, balance and legs, bums and tums. and a stretch frame which is everyone's favourite.

Fantastic gym - really friendly and personable staff who become friends quickly. It's a great place for a non judgemental work out and a catch up! Would recommend to anyone, especially those who get really nervous going into a 'normal' gym

A friendly supportive club for women, the staff are so lovely. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to exercise but are nervous at the thought of going to the gym.

Just completed over 825 workouts! Had my assessment and have lost nearly a stone since lockdown finished. Love the gym and the support it provides

I love coming here! Great mental relief, coaches are friendly and fun. Always willing to help not just with gym but with emotional issues, and always show great respect to all that visit

I love going here.
Lincolns womens only gym.
My only regret is I found about it after 3 years living in lincoln 😞 else I would have joined sooner.
The exercises are specifically for women and not tiring at all.
Im seeing results within a week of joining

They are all friendly coaches no judgement from any and helpful especially with me being a crutch user I thought it b impossible but they have made it possible thank you curves coaches keep up the gd work .

I joined Curves in January to get myself healthier, it has given me so much more. I am a type 1 diabetic and constantly battling to keep my blood glucose in range. I particularly struggle at night once I have had my main evening meal. However, if I have been to Curves for a workout before I eat, my blood glucose levels are so much better. My doctors have always encouraged me to exercise but finding an active exercise that doesn’t make me hypo (low blood glucose) is not easy. The curves workout with its mix of cardio and strength training seems to be perfect for me. I always take a carton of orange juice with me just in case (one coach in particular always questions me if she doesn’t see me with it) but as yet I have never needed it. My levels just seem to stay steady. I can certainly tell if I haven’t been for a workout! Thank you to the lovely coaches who take an interest in my health, it really is appreciated 💜
