Amazing gym, great equipment and the staff are amazing! The front of house staff are really helpful and friendly. Special mentions to Jess, Laura and India. Food in cafe is also great for a post-workout snack! Overall great atmosphere!

I've been coming to the gym 2 yrs , staff friendly , facilities good , have lost weight healthy as have personal trainer called joe , cafe great healthy snacks and meals always happy to help .
I enjoy coming and had no experience of the gym before , varied amount of classes free when your a member . I've also joined my children .

Its ok.
Quite expensive for the lack of equipment at the place but otherwise a fair price considering you get access to pool, spa and sauna facilities.
The gym equipment itself is ok. However i feel like they are very limited in terms of space. For example the free weights area is the smallest area of the gym despite having the most people there.
Where this place succeeds is in its reception staff. Everyone ive ever spoke to there has been very friendly.

The same can not be said for the trainers. Aside from one trainer who i have never spoken to I can say that the trainers at this gym are some of the most underqualified people to be teaching fitness.

Yeah if you go to the gym casually by yourself or with a friend, than its alright but there are still better gyms. On the same street no less

Our family have been members since it opened. We use the pool rather than the gym. We are continually impressed with the standard of cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, also the café sells excellent coffee! We have visited other gyms, including the Gainsborough branch, and no where measures up to Lincoln CA gym standards.

It could be a really great gym, however... I get the feeling that “nobody” really cares at DW! Frustrating! If something is not working and you ask a question feels like the answer they give you is just to get you off their back. How long does it take to get scale fixed in a female changing room? Ran out of paper? How many months do you need to get that paper?! Classes keep getting cancelled! That is out of order! If one instructor is unavailable it should be another to take over that class! This is first gym that i know that keeps cancelling classes this often. Really frustrating :(

3 Day Trial. Lad on front desk was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Reasonable sized gym with good equipment. Clean, tidy and well set out. Free parking right outside. Reasonably priced drinks in vending machines which is rare for a gym. Equipment differs from alot of gyms I've been to, seems more functional and is obvious they've spared no expense.

Amazing gym. Sauna and bubble bath was down only two times in the past months, swimming pool always available. As for weight lifting you got everything you need from free weights to machines. Also room for some alternatives like box jumping, olimpic ring training and some more. Been in few other gyms in the past and none of them stays even close to DW.

What a terrible service. Had a three day pass come to use today about twenty minutes ago. On the basis i like the gym and it was equipped with what i needed would of signed up.

Was left to wait in a que whilst he was on the phone to head office. A gentlemen come from behind and he buzzed me in. I had my pass on phone and could of been scanned into. The personal trainers just walked past two three times. Looks like your not botherred about signing new customers up. Really disappointed. Would of expected better from DW.
