CrossFit Rossendale brings back the enjoyment of exercise.

I had got to that stage where I was going to the gym and really lacking motivation. I am on my second month now training 5-6 times a week at CrossFit Rossendale . Not one day has the workout been the same as a previous one. Mike makes sure there is no pressure and encourages lighter weight and correct form. My fitness level has improved massively

I have learnt so much these past few months and continue to learn every day. It took me two months but I eventually mastered the double under.

Each day consists of a warm up, skill set (this is where each exercise is broken down so you learn the fundamentals) and then WOD (work out of the day)

One thing I do need to mention is that joining CrossFit Rossendale is not just joining a gym. You are joining a community.

I would recommend this to everyone no matter what your fitness level or ability is.

I’ve only been a member a few weeks but I’m already hooked. The atmosphere is great and, unlike some gyms, not at all intimidating. If you’re looking to change up your training or give CrossFit a go I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

A friendly, warm community that offers a first class CrossFit facility and superb quality coaching to accompany, spinning sessions also available here, weightlifting tutorials and coaching by a highly experienced PT trainer by the name of Chris holt who has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in this field and an in house chiropractor by the name of jozef korab. Jozef is phenomenal at what he does and applies a professional compassion to the the health and well being of his clients. I'm extremely lucky to live so close to such a great facility and I would highly recommend to anyone who has an interest in personal health development and fitness.

Having never been to a gym before this is exactly what I needed after having 2 kids. Absolutely love this place. Supportive, motivating, safe, clean and friendly. I'm reaching New goals and constantly setting new goals.

Parking is a massive issue and you may find your car damaged like my wife's car was upon your return due to the lack of parking. Last time my wife went she had to go in search of the person in a land rover who decided to block her in along with half the car park with no regard to other users. Not an ideal place for this type of business.

Great CroosFit gym, Mike is a great trainer really welcoming, motivating, authentic, knowledgeable and passionate. A lovely community fell too. Definitely going to keep going.

Was a bit nervous starting CrossFit as it’s always seemed a bit intimidating, but I cannot recommend this place enough. Mike, the owner, is so welcoming and really pushes you to do the best that YOU can do. Lucie - one of the PTs there - is so inspirational and I highly recommend her for any woman starting out and needing help with form. The gym has everything and you never feel like people are looking down on you when you’re a newbie, everyone is at different levels and it’s such a great environment. I’ve done 23 classes so far and can’t see myself stopping.

For anyone bored of the gym, looking for a change or just something new to try, I can’t recommend Crossfit Rossendale enough. I’d always wanted to try CrossFit but something always stopped me going. Now I wish I’d have started sooner. I’ve lost just under a stone in 6 weeks and learnt more here in that time than I ever have at any gym. Workouts are always enjoyable, yet challenging and can be done by anyone, no matter your level of fitness or skill. The coaches and coaching is second to none and I honestly feel like I learn something new everyday. The team ethos and camaraderie just adds to the experience.

So if you’ve ever thought about it, but never got round to it, honestly just give it a go. I can’t recommend the place enough. They even do classes for teens if you want to get the kids into it to.
