A wide variety of excercise machines for all kinds of goals. Includes a large rack of free weights, a separate bodybuilding floor, a girls only floor and a variety of cardio machines and equipment. Very friendly staff who are very willing to offer personalised plans and advice. Very reasonable prices as well.

Simon is a top guy always happy to help with diet and exercises. His PT sessions are amazing gets great results and the people in here training are all sound. Definitely worth a look the vibe and lighting is amazing with more than enough equipment for both men and women
