Brilliant for newcomers like me, incredibly welcoming and motivating, great attitude from everyone who trains. I was nervous about going but anyone else who feels the same trust me they'll welcome you in and make you feel like one of the team straight away. Give it a go!

Great training facility for brazilian jiu jitsu, kettlebell workouts, circuits and more. Also with a local physio taking clients on site and yoga classes a great atmosphere and cracking place to train.

Awesome bjj classes!well worth the money and you get to train with some top lads.

Been training here a little over a year after virtually no experience with BJJ and loved the place from the moment I walked in, due in no small part to the incredibly friendly and welcoming people who train here and the head coach Neil. Neil is an incredible teacher and the whole team are like one big family there to help each other out.
Zero ego's, great training, and lots of banter. I genuinely feel lucky to have found and become a part of the place.

Very nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Owner very friendly. I will definitely come back to have a roll or two.

We went with my daughter she enjoyed it but decided it was not for her.
