Pace Health Club at Stansted

Lovely pool area very relaxing and suprisingly well kitted out gym for a hotel

Was camping out and decided to go to have a nice morning swim, sauna and shower, paid to get in £10 then discovered they had no hot water, bit of a funny one would have thought they would have been telling people on entry.
Was a party of ten of us and bit of a fight to get money back but the hot water did get switched on in the end and by time we were leaving manager had started worked and refunded us have or entry fees so got £50 back of the £100 we paid.

Clean and tidy.
Staff were very accommodating and polite

A neat enough gym. It truly is a hotel gym first: it had only one Olympic bar, one EZ bar!
There were plenty dumbbells and kettlebells.
Don't use it for leg day though if you like freeweight squats and deadlifts.
The pool is small but it's always warm.
The car park is validated by the gym for the day!

I enjoyed my time here soooo much. I did workouts in the gym, danced in the studio, swam in the pool and had a relaxing time in the sauna. What a place for that little money!
