Fantastic gym that is welcoming and extremely convenient for me when living in Goldsworth Park. Max and his team genuinely care about the local community and provide great advice on both health and fitness. Would recommend to anyone.

A wonderful gym I can't recommend highly enough. Sparkling clean, well equipped and professional, experienced and supportive trainers. This is a family business and you can tell, because the staff really care about making everyone's gym experience worthwhile. The classes are excellent, in 30min you can get a fantastic workout and they are always happy to adjust an exercise to any issues you might have.

Had my first workout today and throughly enjoyed it. This is only my 2nd gym I've ever used and having had a negative experience at the last one I was somewhat cautious about joining another one. I have absolutely nothing but praise for this small and very welcoming gym. The team are very friendly and always available to give some guidance and support. I recommend this gym very highly 👍

Such an amazing gym! Staff members were so lovely and welcomed me with open arms, the gym equipment was extremely clean, could honestly not say a bad word about this place! Would 1000% recommend.

This gym has everything you could ask for and is situated in a great place, near a coffee shop, grocery shop and a lovely lake! The staff here are super caring and helpful, qualified in every way and always ready to help you out. 100% recommend

A fantastic well equipped friendly gym, that is family run, very welcoming and cares about showing their clients a better way to fitness. Max is a brilliant trainer, very enthusiastic and able to adapt every exercise to suit the individuals needs.
I have now been training here now for two and a half months, I am four kilos lighter and would recommend La Palestra 100%.
