I had to spend two months in Harlow and had the opportunity to train with a great team. Couches were always encouraging and the classes have a fabulous atmosphere. Very recommended to anyone in the area. Thank you!

After spending the last 4 years at Great Ormond Street Hospital, practically living on ready meals and just getting by, I thought I’d try something to give me the new start that I needed. I was unfit and needing direction. The trainers and other attendees made me feel that no matter my level of fitness that I am welcome. What a place and such amazing people. This has changed my life in so many ways.
