The staff are very friendly, experienced and will to help whenever needed. I love this gym and would not choose to go anywhere else. This is definitely a gym for those who like the old style of gyms where it's you, the weights and who's gonna break first.

Been training here for just under two years now, gyms got everything I require. Pete and both Scotts are ace for any advice with nutrition or training. Everyone else in the gym is decent, once you get to know people it's a great community!

Love this Gym, everyone is friendly and the gym equipment is great. Membership is pay as you go, with no contract, which is great for me, I pay a month at a time. They have a big shop from clothing to supplements, sunbeds and showers.
