B! Health & Fitness Honiton

I've been going to B! Health & Fitness for over 6 months now. For context, this has been my first time going to any gym and before I started, I was quite inexperienced.

The staff here have been fantastic (especially my personal trainer) and are always willing to help. The place is very tidy and the resources are plentiful and cover a wide variety of exercises. Furthermore, the people and fellow members provide a very supportive and welcoming gym culture.

I would highly recommend B! Health & Fitness to anyone, especially those just starting out.

I have been a member of B! Health & Fitness since moving into the area in 2018. The B! Team are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The excercise programme is set to meet the needs of the individual and revised on request but expect to be challenged and motivated. The staff are very helpful when it comes to providing advice about exercise routines.

There is a good range of customers across the age range and degrees of physical fitness. No one is judgemental about the size or shape of others. Everyone who I have met there attends to improve their health and fitness, not to pose for others admiration.

It has been good to see investment going into the gym to maintain the standard of the equipment and facility over time and the regular introduction of new equipment, including air conditioning. Also the new ideas from 24/7 opening to changing the layout of the premises to improve the flow through the gym floor.

The B! Team also carry out fund raising several times a year to support local charities, through a range of social and physical activities.

Love training at BFitness. Facitilies are great and the staff are incredibly supportive, always willing to help you and are continually working with you to achieve your goals. Never walked in and not been met with a friendly hello!
Also open 24/7 for memberships which takes away any fear of going at peak times. Absolutely love it.

Family run business, welcoming and always there to lend a hand and give support. By far the best gym I've ever visited.

Great gym with all the equipment you could need. All the team are very knowledgable and really helpful, making my workouts enjoyable.

Gym is open 24 hours, which is convenient. Comprises a modern industrial unit, adapted to provide a gym. Decent equipment and friendly staff. Not convinced the air conditioning works though!

I visit various gyms whilst travelling across the SW with my job. From initial tel contact to using the facility the staff were super helpful and friendly. Some gyms you walk in and are made to feel like a stranger. B! Health & Fitness felt welcoming. I was slightly upset there were no bumper plates for deadlifts and maybe a couple more benches that can be moved to make exercises such as hip thrusts easier. The benches might be due to social distancing though so that needs taking into account. All in all really impressed. I will definitely use again when working in Honiton and will happily recommend to anyone who lives or is visiting. Thank you :)

The feeling you get when you go to a gym can be quite overwhelming, a sense of unhappiness or embarrassment when you walk in for the first time. You DO NOT get that feeling when you enter this Gym, they are extremely friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to help you build a successful routine and make you feel like you belong there! Great team with a professional outlook
