Having been here for the first time It felt like I had found gold. It is beautiful and meeting Allan for the first time was very interesting. There is nothing better than an old school gym. I wish it was closer to me so that I could get here more often. I am definitely going back.

Great old school gym, loads of kit that u would have never seen or used before, Nautalus machines that Arnold and Mike Mentzer trained with at Golds gym, available to train with here. Awesome place with nice people.
