Worst gym ever. And staff speacially the management.

I only went once the jacuzzi was full of chemical coudnt even join the bath.

I cancelled straight away I sent 3 times an email, also phone them 4 times.

They charged me 2 months I only been there first day didn’t even had my membership card.
And now still sending they I didn’t pay.

What a bunch of usless people speacially the manager Lucas.

After I been send 3 emails and 4 calls didn’t even cancel my membership.

Yo not come to this gym equipment are rubbish old ,, staff useless and also jacuzzi full of chemicals smelling …..

Poor quality gym with terrible approach to customer service. I joined as an extra to my corporate membership before realising the facilities were extremely antiquated. While a member I was repeatedly chased for membership fees due to a clerical error, having to point out I had already paid. When I gave one month’s notice I wished to leave, I was chased for two months membership fees because I gave notice after the first day of the month. Avoid.

Attended today with a day pass. Shocked by how low quality this gym was when compared to other Nuffield gyms. It's falling apart and filthy. If I was the brand manager for Nuffield, I would change the name of this club as it's detracting from the rest of the brand. Just as an example, please see photo of a buildup of clumps of dust on my locker door. This was also all over the plinths and ceilings throughout the gym. Please clean it, fix the things that are broken, and either bring up to par with others or give up on being a Nuffield gym.

I really like this place, it's never super crowded and has all the equipment I use. I love the jacuzzi hot tub in the locker room and nice steam and sauna too.

Having been to a few Nuffield gyms around the UK, I found this one was inferior by comparison which was a shame. The gym floor was smaller than I expected with somewhat limited equipment (there was only 1 squat rack, but 2 smith machines). The treadmills seemed quite old, they worked but haven't been updated in the last 5 years I would guess. The staff were really nice and very helpful, super friendly, it was just that the equipment wasn't as good as it could be. On a positive note, I went during what I would have expected to be peak hours on the weekend, it was actually very quiet so I was able to use the equipment I needed. This isn't as expensive as other Nuffield gyms around London though, so that has a part to play in setting your expectations!

I only go for the squash so am not a member. The courts are great but it’s too expensive, guys. I have a huge group of non members very keen on playing but we can’t fork out £30 for 40min playing time, every time. You’d make a lot more money if it was half that at least. Please review your costs

Can’t believe a gym can be managed for such a bunch of unprofessional people.
From the afro-European lady in reception with horrible manners, making you feel you are bothering her. To the management who literally don’t want to get involve in any problem you have telling you back “there’s nothing I can do”
Can’t really believe how people can work like that in a place where customers go to enjoy and make their days better!

I paid a membership even MORE EXPENSIVE than last year thinking all the facilities were going to be the same… to at the end find out that the JACUZZI WAS CLOSED, without even them letting me know! How can you charge more and provide less service? THATS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!
And when I complained the answer was “THIS IS WHAT IT IS”

Not sure why the bad reviews. It's not the third space, sure, but it's priced very competitively. A good range of equipment, same faces which is nice, and I haven't had to wait long for any kit in 5 months or so of membership. Very affordable and decent PTs, who have helped me. Squash courts! Staff are always nice and friendly, especially the people at reception. Would wholeheartedly recommend!
