The staff are amazing and welcoming you always feel at home and supported. It had been a while since I had been to a gym but have never felt out of place.
The equipment is high tech but easy to use - you can watch Netflix while running!!!!
The range of classes is fantastic. They mix up the classes so you never get bored. The trainers really know how to push you so you always feel that you have put in your best effort.
The changing rooms are super clean and equipped with everything you need.
All in all the best gym I have ever been to and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
I have been incredibly lucky to have Greta as my PT. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a professional and friendly trainer. She makes working out enjoyable and the hour seems to fly by.
The classes are varied and exciting. There is an amazing range of high tech equipment to use. The changing rooms and clean and tidy.
If you are wanting a gym that stands out from the boring mainstream gyms then this is your place.
Classes are varied, good sizes (enough space for everyone) and at good times. The PTs are all friendly and approachable and worth having sessions with to improve your training and variety (Hamish and Nick!)
I've been a member at a few places and this by far is the best one. Couldn't recommend highly enough if you want to join a gym that you enjoy going to and motivates you to train!
I love Fitness Space concept : your coach will always have your back ! Never train alone really mean something!
I personally recommend to take extra Personal Training sessions, the coaches are great and very professional and will help you to get the results you want faster!
