Love this gym! Used to come here 3 years ago and just recently rejoined. Its the only gym I feel comfortable in, where everyone just gets on with their own thing. The classes are great, need to go try more out just feeling a bit shy haha. Staff are so friendly and lovely. Definitely recommend:)

Need to desperately invest some money into the equipment and decor. Slightly run down, but has all the general equipment required.
Could be an amazing little gym if the right money is invested.

Shocking gym. Opened membership as I needed 24 hr gym because I finished work at 3am and wanted to train after work. On 3 consecutive occasions I couldn't gain access. Yet still wanted payment. Cancelled membership as THEY breached their own contract and yet send a collection agency after me for the membership fee. Bunch of jokers. Steer clear not 24hr at all. Like to give it a minus 1 star. And after writing my review the gym owner replied saying that "if your gym membership is not up to date you will not be able to access the gym" lol trying to make it sound like it's my fault! I had just took out new membership so was all up to date. Can't even accept when they are wrong. Clowns

Trying to cancel my membership due to a family member being ill and they show no sympathy!!! I don’t understand how exceptions cannot be made and now having to pay for a 1/2 months membership which I won’t use. Times are tough financially also emotionally for my family and cannot believe a company cannot show compassion. If I ever get this membership cancelled, definitely won’t be going back!!

Definitely my favourite gym in Croydon area, all staff are very friendly and welcoming. Considering I am blind they have made every effort to make me feel welcome in fact more than that are part of the family. They would walk me quite regularly to the bus stop and collect me from the bus stop... I get a very personal service each time I visit can’t wait to always go back for more... Top of all I’ve lost 20 kg in seven months going to this gym

Awful gym… The equipment they’ve got isn’t even worth the price. PureGym is a better gym and they charge less 😂 don’t make sense. Budget gym anyways

this gym is very poorly managed entrance.login registration exit registration very difficult procedures take too long.

I have only rave reviews for this gym - Valentino is my P.T., and has been for almost a year. I’m following his meticulous advice about nutrition and his obsession with doing exercises & machines with the correct form. So far, I’ve lost 2 stone and Squat 10 stone. And I’ve never worked out with weights and I’ll be 50 this year. Super friendly & professional staff who always make themselves available. 🔝 💯 🌟
