A truly exceptional performance facility. Some of my judo students aid their training with strength and conditioning routines devised by Performance Hertfordshire to give them an extra boost when competing at national and international level. The staff here really take into consideration each persons individual sporting needs, goal, abilities and weaknesses to create routines that are extremely robust and extremely effective. I have personally seen the increase in strength and performance from the students who have used this facility. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and collaborative. I highly recommend performance Hertfordshire for any athlete looking to get the extra edge.

I have been training at performance hertfordshire for 5/6 years now. All the coaches, lifestyle mentors and facilities have been so beneficial at performance hertfordshire. They have not only helped me progress physically in the gym by making me tailored programs specific to my sport but also the support given by the team in and out of the gym has be vital in me juggling and excelling in my studies and sport. Everyone here has so much experience that they share with you and are happy to help with anything. I could never of imagined the progress and success i have experienced but since training here I have been lucky enough to succeed in both my sport and studies.

Herts Golf has used The Performance Centre for weekly squad S&C training for their boys for over 7 years and in that time have produced 6 international golfers for England, including Tom Lewis and 2017 Telegraph Junior Champion Max Hopkins, the youngest ever winner. The sessions have been expertly run and the individual programmes delivered for the young golfers have proved highly successful. Boys from as young as 9 up to 18 years benefit from the enthusiasm of the trainers and from using the superb facilities.

I would massively recommend Performance Hertfordshire to any athlete interested in their services. I trained at Performance Hertfordshire for almost every week for 3 years until I went to university and had sessions and programmes made, helping me improve both my performance in lacrosse and help prevent injuries occurring. The programmes they write are specific to you and your sport to help you improve in the specific areas you want to work on, including agility, plyometric exercises and building strength. Not only did I look forward to and greatly enjoy every session in their gym, but they also inspired me to work hard to complete my programmes set to do at home. All the staff are really friendly and are all willing to help wherever possible and I have so much to thank them for in making me the athlete I am today.

I have been training at Performance Herts for around 9 month now and from this I have made huge amounts of progress that my coaches and I can both see. They not only physically help me in the gym by making me personal program specific to my sport but also support me outside of the gym.
