My partner pays £283 for us both and honestly I can say it’s a total waste of money. I enjoy swimming but the pool is literally opened all day to children. I do not want to be swimming with kids, I go there for peace not to be listening to screaming children my whole time I’m there who take the whole pool up. Fair enough You get a Lane but you can’t share it because the lanes are so small. It’s dirty In the ladies changing rooms. The gym is always full and not enough equipment. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I didn’t realise all you cared about was catering for children. I work all week and come the weekend I can’t use half the facilities.

Another issue is people who don’t pay for the spa wait outside for those to come out then sneak in. How is that fair when I pay the earth to use the spa??

Thankfully my membership runs out soon.

I’m on a 2 week trial and cannot see how anyone justifies spending £144 a month on this. Firstly, there’s no spa access included as standard, the council gyms can beat this tor £30 a month. When I visited today, the outdoor pool area was closed and the indoor pool didn’t feel all that clean at all. The club felt luxurious and exclusive when I tried it years ago - this certainly isn’t the case today. I won’t be joining. To add insult to injury, the ‘club’ wanted £70 to add my 2 kids (aged 4 & 1) to the trial for 2 weeks swimming and soft play.

I really want to stay at the club long term but I am getting very frustrated with the poor standards at this club. My son really enjoys the clubs but I feel like being here myself is just stressful if you need anything from a service point of view. There are a handful of good team members, two or three. There seems to be a massive lack of leadership at this club.

The cafe area is a joke. You have to wait for a simple drink for at least up to 20 minutes and sometimes food can take up to an hour to arrive. I have had a refund three times where I have waited for up to an hour and run out of time. It seems like a free for all and no processes are in place.

The pool and spa is neglected and often dirty. Floating plasters and rubbish left in changing rooms.

Great place. Great equipment. Very friendly staff generally. Food could be better but overall a great place to go either alone or with family.

Went to the soft play area. Its nothing amazing, would benefit from a ball pit. No where to get a drink there either. Toilets in this area are foul! Nappy bins need to be emptied on a regular basis as I suspect this is the cause of the stench!

The club as its own is very nice. It has some really good facilities BUT, this all means nothing if you don’t have efficient management. The cleanliness is so poor that I won’t be ever going back to this club. The shower rooms are full of used towels everywhere, water stagnated everywhere and the towel given to me had Stains on it. Moving over to Heston one as the cleanliness, staff friendliness are 10/10.

The Hampton branch is one of the best. It is true that it is older than the others, but the staff are excellent and very professional and friendly. They always allow us to take guests into the spa because I have a diamond card. If it is renovated and more saunas are installed, I want to pay the membership fee for the next 10 years

My parents and sister have been members at the gym for the past year and all I have heard was that facilities at the gym are extremely poor with Spa being out of order, shower rooms not working, equipments closed off with a signs saying "awaiting repair". You try to speak to customer service and they are very unhelpful to say the least. When complaining I asked them to provide me with the details to escalate the complaint but they just ignore me. Recently I asked my parents to take me to the gym as a guest so that I can take pictures to evidence the claim. Very disappointed and not worth the money you pay. Beware of the positive comments as they may not be genuine.
