I have thoroughly enjoyed doing Mark’s programme.
I have gained so much knowledge and strength over the time i have trained with mark.

I love the way my body looks from strength/ weight training, i have always been into fitness, but I have never been able to achieve these results with any other form of fitness.

Mark has recommended diet and meal plans to follow according to what I wanted to achieve.
I have learnt so much about strength training and I love weight training now.

I have tried all sorts of classes and even hired a personal trainer but did not get the results that I wanted for my body. I now do this training with Mark Davenport and the results are beyond anything I could have expected. I love my new body shape and really love this type of training. Mark is on another level as a coach. Don’t waste your time with average personal trainers.

Mark Davenport changed my life, that’s no exaggeration. He taught me what real diet management is, how to change my body shape from skinny fat to all woman and how to not just feel strong but genuinely BE STRONG! And more impressively he did this at a distance, online. I train in a little shed at the end of my garden and Mark has taken me step by step all the way to a 95kg squat and 100+kg deadlift without making me look bulky at all. Not only this but the online community that Mark has created is supportive and fun for all ages and shapes and unbeknownst to them has helped me through some of the toughest of times. Can you call someone you never met your mentor and friend? I believe that I can.

Mark is incredibly knowledgeable. The small group setting means you get focussed attention on technique, and the programme Mark has developed delivers amazing results: increasing weight each session as a novice. I've gone from never having lifted before to squatting 60kg. If you want to get strong, Mark is the PT for you.

I found Mark's blog on the internet when searching for a fitness programme that was tailored to build strength. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable. He set up a very small group to train, meaning you get the attention needed to improve your technique. The programme Mark has created delivers amazing results: you increase weight each session as a beginner and as our becoming intermediate re-adjusting the number of sets and weights.
I've gone from squatting 30kg to 83kg in 3 months! I'm stronger than I thought I would ever be and I'm happy with the progress I’ve made so far in terms of my physical transformation!

I have been training with Mark for 6 months now and have gone from never having really weight trained to squatting 73kg (and it's still going up). Mark really knows what he is talking about and I've particularly enjoyed the consistency of the approach so you can see and track progression. You only ever train in small groups so Mark can keep an eye on your technique and tweak if needed. Would definitely recommend!

I found Mark's blog on the internet when searching for a fitness programme that was tailored for hourglass women. It was the first time I felt I actually understood why none of my previous regimes, starvation diets or exercises had worked before. I contacted him personally to work with him online right away and it was the BEST decision I could have made.

Within three months, Mark had me safely squatting my entire bodyweight. He informed me about life-long nutrition and had me eating three meals a day (not starving myself!) and I was still losing weight and looking better day by day. He not only gave me my physical body back (after the pandemic) but my mood has transformed as well as my confidence. Strength training with him is really more than the sum of its parts.

I am not muscular at all, he completely understands what it is that women want from their training. I have used personal trainers at some of the most expensive gyms in London (equinox) and nothing compares to his understanding of the body (I only have to train three hours a week which I balance with my office job) and his eye for detail in your technique.

He must be one of if not the best personal trainer in the UK. I would recommend Mark Davenport to anyone. I am going to be a client as long as he will keep me !! Thank you for everything Mark!

I found Barbell Therapy online after a session with another personal trainer who evidently wasn't trained in the use of barbells and strength training. Mark, a stark contrast, is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explains everything in layman's terms and is very encouraging. I already feel confident in my abilities and his program is simple, easy to follow and free of gimmicks. Thank you Mark!
