Great gym - welcoming and diverse. The trainers are top class and will give you a workout that will challenge you every time you visit.

My son Jack absolutely loves it here, he can't wait to go again. He's not only learning boxing and improving his fitness but also making good friends. The instructors are great 👍

What a great place a real Gem in south Birmingham.
Never been to a boxing gym before but I was made to feel really comfortable by the staff
Had a great work out which was made fun by the coach and I felt I learned a lot in just 1 hr.
I can’t wait to get back for more.
Would highly recommend !
