i am.with them for more than 1 year and half..what can i say it is one of the best gym in london..staff is one of the most cool you can find...it worth the money

coaches complain sie god. They are only able to clear the equipment away nothing more. In such a way that he is also you are exercising and he without the question is taking the equipment. Little place and I am pleased that soon they are eliminating this point on pinner.

Very friendly staff and amazing classes

Came to this gym a couple years ago as i was looking for a gym near me. I was asked to fill in some paper work as i was negotiating an offer. I didn't sign the form and presumed that i would not have signed up yet at this stage. I also politely asked some time to decide and didn't take note of my details being in the wrong hands at that stage. Few month's later i find out fitness first are charging me for their service/ facilities that im not using. At this point i was furious and confused, i called up the HR who explained that i did sign the form. I asked them to send me a copy of the form and it took forever to get a copy of the contract. When i did receive it, it was clear someone forged my name. I spoke to a solicitor at the time who explained that it wouldn't be worth taking a lawsuit as it would be really expensive. Whatever you guys do, don't trust this company. They probably do these kind of things all the time and get away with it.

About to undergo a change of management, which is a shame, decent facilities but dated shower area. Best of luck to all the Better Gym members!

This is no longer fitness first Gym. Better group has taken over and a number of equipment are not working.

Much better than cheaper brands. Even though they have some outdated equipment the facility is clean and you have better selection than the competition.
