Very good, new sports centre. I've only used the pool so I'm only reviewing it.
Excellent changing facilities with two accessible changing rooms, one with hoist and table for disabled adults.
Poolside the floor is textured and non slip.
Plenty of lifeguards around and they're very quick when needed.

As a standard member this gym has been extremely frustrating. Upon signing up they said I could cancel any time if I'm not satisfied but then would not honour it. Classes are difficult to get into, probably because they hardly offer any. They want to push you into paying more for premium membership to get first dibs. There are more Fortis classes than anything else as that carries an extra charge but everything else is virtual. Management obviously only care about money.

They often charge you for missing classes even after swiping in or threaten to cancel your swimming privileges. I have never even been late before never mind missed one so this is annoying to have to register official complaints online every time to get fees refunded and blocks removed.

Finding times to swim with the kids is pretty difficult too. After school the earliest the teaching pool opens is 7pm which is rather late for young children. Of course this is greed again as they have back to back swimming lessons bringing money in and free use of the pools for members is not on their priority list. Even in school holidays they have under 5 sessions in the teaching pool which is really irritating when you have one child under 5 and one child at 7. They both would be fine in a teaching pool family session but other than weekends these are always set at inconvenient times for the 4 year old.

The facilities themselves are actually good which is a shame as management are totally ruining what could be a good experience with extreme greed that makes you feel ripped off as a member. I shall definitely not be renewing that's for sure.

Clean centre however have found that some of the gym staff are rude and patronising. Seeing as some of us are paying £50 a month we don’t come to get a ‘telling off’ for little to no reason at all!

Staff excellent, help and advice. Access very good although the hoist at the main pool is so slow they use the mobile one. Also two outstanding accessible changing rooms but could do with more. Recommend

The place is pretty good value. There are some issues though. Like sauna not being available all the time. Very annoying.

Can't recommend this gym for those who take their training seriously. Thought I would try this club after being a long time Everyone Active member at other local branches and things were good for the first 2 weeks.

Went in today and was confronted by a member of staff who informed me, bags are not allowed on the gym floor, even though it has been a non-issue on my 5 other visits. When I queried this and asked why I didn't get told this by any other members of staff I was simply told "well they haven't been doing their job then".

Found the member of staff to be unnecessarily abrasive and frankly as someone who does take training seriously and uses a variety of personal equipment session to session e.g. lifting belt, weightlifting shoes, knee sleeves, foam roller, chalk, resistance bands to name a few, that this facility clearly isn't meant for me or anyone that takes their training more seriously than turning up with just a water bottle.

Hats off to the other staff who I had some pleasant albeit small interactions with.

See the attached picture for my recommendation on what to do if you're a member here who takes training seriously.

Good equipment yet sorry state of management. I had to cancel a not fully subscribed studio class as I was unwell and yet got charged a penalty which was not reversed despite repeat representations. The centre advises not to enter if unwell and I followed that policy. One class cancelled in 7 months of membership and got charged a penalty fee. Centre does not pick up calls and is poor in email responses.
