It does the job. Good range of equipment and very spacious. The PTs are good. The down sides are it gets too busy in the evening and they put the music on so loud that I can't hear the audio book I'm trying to listen to on my headphones.

Really enjoying the sessions with Angel so far, she is very positive and motivating. Encouraging you to push yourself that little bit further. Stepping out of my comfort zone, learning new techniques and already feeling better for it. I'm looking forward to more sessions with Angel, working towards my goals. 👌

I can't thank PT Asam enough for all his help. He was so polite and friendly during my induction. I was so nervous about joining the gym and having joined many gyms but just stopped going for one reason or another. I started the PT sessions with Asam which gave me the much needed boost to my confidence. He made me feel comfortable . Going at my pace and ensuring I was using the machines and weights properly. He also gave me bespoke diet plans which helped me manage my day and control my weight. PT Asam is always on hand and when I feel down I will mesage him for an instant boost. Cant recommend him enough. Got a long journey ahead but I have the best support in Asam and in Exercise 4 less.

Not badly priced Gym membership. I enjoy coming to this gym especially Sophies (PT) dance fitness classes. Shame she only as one on a week. Be great if there was 2 on a week might even get the 5th star then.

The first few sessions I’ve have had with Angel have been so motivating! Since I’ve started my PT sessions I feel my energy level increasing and for the first time I can say I’m being consistent in the gym. Not only do I feel like I’m motivated and getting the best out of the actual sessions but I also feel like I’m being supported outside of the sessions with nutrition advice and fitness tip. I really feel my fitness level increasing each week and feel stronger already! Angel has played a big part in that!

Has a good range of machines, weights etc. and opening hours are perfect for me. They also offer a good range of classes but I don't attend any of these so can't comment on them.

A lot of equipment to choose from, biggest gym in Burnley I believe. Have a women's only section which is comforting to know that that's been thought about. The staff are really nice and helpful. Shame some of the other people that use the gym are as rough as a piece of scrunched up tinfoil but sadly not as bright. But ofc, that's not the gym's fault. Hopefully when it moves to JD, those people won't want to pay the extra £2 and we can vet them out

But Just want to say a massive thank you to Asam PT (@SamRayFitness) at Xcersie 4 less joined the gym without any plan, knowledge, or motivation for the gym - having had 1 session with Asam I am now a regular at the gym everyday I have noticed my strength levels increase and Asam takes his time to explain everything thorouhgly including having consultations to explain how my excersie/diet plan is changing, he is a key asset for the gym.
