Mostly good experience as an off peak user. Plenty of good equipment available with no waiting time. Very inclusive gym with people of all shapes, sizes and ages working away.
My main quibble is lack of visible staff to oversea things, to correct misuse of equipment, or to speak to if required
Also, there is never enough anti-bacterial liquid to wipe down equipment, so people don’t bother anymore (I’m not sure of the rules about cleaning the equipment).
Finally, the piped music in the men’s changing room is very loud for some reason. I actually think that there’s no need for any piped music or videos in the gym, as most people are listening to other stuff on their earphones and buds.

I have been a member of this gym for 8+ months. It’s an easy experience, I pay £32 a month & can access the gym anytime 24/7.
You get an access code & enter as you wish.
The place is clean most of the time, they have a cleaner now. They have just upgraded some equipment which is nice to see. Toilets are ok, showers, lockers, changing rooms as expected.
There are personal trainers, you can book a session via the app you wish.
The classes start from 7am, once again, check the app.
The app shows you how to use certain equipment or how to exercise from home if you cannot make it to the gym.
Overall I’m happy, esp now they have upgraded the rowing machines upstairs & added some new ones & the cleanliness has improved.
Parking is also available just next to the gym. It does get very busy at times. It would be fab, if they painted new lanes as the current ones are fading & the cars sometimes park a cross 2 spaces.
It would be great to be approached by the PT just to find out how to use certain equipment - from time to time.

I have to change my feedback based on performance in the gym. Gym has changed for better in the last 6 month. New team members with makes a huge difference to the gym. I really enjoying classes. I have my favorite trainers witch is fun and enjoyable time ones you do work out. Thank you

What really annoys me about this place, is how the machines seem to be broken, a new broken machine weekly.
But what's worse is the fact at late evenings, the only time I can come here, people bring in their own aux cable and connect to the speakers to play their own loud music.

Awful. People just ruin this place, and the team seem to do nothing about it. Personal trainers are in and don't enforce anything.

Visited as a guest. I always avoid peak periods in any gym so it’s never crowded when I go. I’ve found it to be clean, spacious and with good equipment and work out areas. I’ve only used the functional fitness area and studio but the equipment and spin bikes look to be in good condition and of decent quality. The gym itself is very clean and so are the changing rooms/showers.
My only criticism is that there aren’t enough showers but that isn’t a problem with the times I go anyway.
The location is great and there is ample parking.

Went at 5 pm, the place was absolutely full, there was only 1 member of staff that dissappeared within 10 minutes and was never to be seen again, I looked for a toilet for 10 minutes only to find the disabled toilet that was in an absolutely horrible state, no toilet paper, urine all over the place and 3/4 old water bottles chucked on the floor.
The weights were mostly on the floor none were put back on the rack in the right place, machines we're lacking parts making them redundant but there were no " out of order" signs on them.
Im sure the gym isn't always in that state , but allowing it to get there even at peak times shows a very low lvl of care for its users by management .

Weights left everywhere by people with no consequence. People also horde lockers, I've gone to the gym early in the morning with not one person there but all the lockers had a pad lock? Staff and management don't care.
